Storage
- The polyester resin stable for 3 months at 25°c in dark place.
- The quantity of catalyst and accelerator can be adjusted to get shorter and longer gel time.
- No smoking rules strictly followed.
- In case of fire, use dry chemical foam or water spray to extinguish the place.
Packaging
- Resin is packed in HDPE carboys of 35 kgs & barrels of 225 kgs.
Health and Safety
- Prevent contamination of accelerator/promoter from materials such as (Iron Copper Cobalt) Acid and sanding dusts are collected.
- Suggested container are glass polypropylene/ teflon polyethylene or stainless steel to prevent contamination of material during it's handling.
Usage
- Ortho boat / marine / sanitary polyester resin performs best if laminate is completely cured.
- The quantity of catalyst and accelerator can be adjusted to get shorter and longer gel time.
